I still play the game and I have fun with it. When Halo 2 came out, one of my friends and I bought the game at 1am (right after it was stocked), then spent 16 hours playing co-op and beat the game. It was fun.

This doesn't make it the greatest game in the world though, and it certainly doesn't mean that it's nearly as good as it could be. I don't really let hype affect my way of judging a game for the sake of fun. I judge a game based on it's merits. It's a game that can be fun when you have a bunch of people playing. But then again, the old bomberman game is a lot of fun when playing with 4 people as well..
