What makes Japan's synchronized dance culture so astonishing?

In summary, Japan is known for its synchronized movement, even among young children. The country's dedication and hard work can be seen in their performances, such as the Butoh dancing which is unique to Japan. In addition, the Japanese culture promotes a fluid interaction between genders from a young age, unlike the more segregated approach in the US. This was evident in a hip-hop dance concert that lasted for twelve hours, showcasing talented acts of both genders. Overall, Japan's approach to movement and culture is admired and celebrated worldwide.

It seems that everyone can move in sync in Japan, even little kids. I've wondered, what would happen if they practiced really hard and took it to the max? Now we know. Listen to that crowd roar. Wow. And these are amateurs. That's just the way it is over there. They do everything this way.

Love some of the dance groups I've seen over the years. The technical timing and body movements are beyond my understanding.

I have seen Butoh dancing performances a couple of times. This Japanese form is like no other I ever saw.

Here's another astonishing routine. After this I suppose they'll get jobs with Sony and Panasonic.

In Tokyo I went to Luxury Soul Night, a hip-hop dance concert that lasted for twelve hours. Each act got about five minutes on stage. And they were all good.

Another unusual thing about Japan is how readily the sexes play together from very young children on up. Every possible random proportion. In the US it was always boys with boys and girls with girls.

Pretty cool. I want to be a hip hop dancer in my next incarnation. Talk about karma.
