Is Linux Mandrake 10.0 Beta 2 Worth Installing on Your Notebook?

In summary, Saint downloaded three iso files from a website and burned them onto separate CDRs. They then installed the OS on their notebook and found it to have a great desktop appearance. When asked if they use Linux, Saint mentioned that it is free and comes with many free software such as OpenOffice 1.1. Guybrush Threepwood also added that they use Mandrake 8.2, but only because their home computer is old and they don't want to install a new operating system. However, they plan to switch to the latest Mandrake when they get a notebook.
