Existence of living organism on Mars?

In summary, there have been claims of a 'woman-like' creature being spotted on Mars with the help of the Curiosity Rover. However, there is no reliable evidence to support this claim and it is likely a result of pareidolia. It is not advisable to trust this news as it has only been shared on Facebook and unreliable sources.

"Apparently, they have spotted a ‘woman like’ creature on Mars with the help of their Curiosity Rover".My question is: At low temperature & cosmic radiation, along with low gravity can we find a living organism?
Is the above quoted lines was true? i have noted this news recently on facebook.
Tell me your suggetions?

No women like creature has been found on Mars. Facebook is not a trust worthy source.

This is a news story that seems to have been picked up by the mainstream media, for example, http://www.foxnews.com/science/2015/08/10/strange-figure-spotted-by-mars-curiosity-rover/ (also apparently not a trustworthy news source). Time has a nice explanation that this phenomenon is due to pareidolia, the tendency of our brain to recognize human-like forms from random patterns. This would not be the first example of pareidolia on Mars.

Related to Existence of living organism on Mars?

1. Is there any evidence of living organisms on Mars?

Currently, there is no definitive evidence of living organisms on Mars. However, there have been several missions and studies that have found potential signs of microbial life or habitable conditions on the planet.

2. How do scientists search for signs of life on Mars?

Scientists use a variety of methods to search for signs of life on Mars, including analyzing the chemical composition of the Martian soil and atmosphere, studying the geological features of the planet, and looking for traces of organic molecules.

3. What are the challenges of finding living organisms on Mars?

One of the main challenges of finding living organisms on Mars is the harsh environment of the planet, including extreme temperatures, high levels of radiation, and a thin atmosphere. Another challenge is that any potential life on Mars may be very small and difficult to detect.

4. Could there be life on Mars that is different from life on Earth?

It is possible that there could be life on Mars that is different from life on Earth. The conditions on Mars are very different from Earth, so any potential life forms may have adapted in unique ways. However, all known life on Earth is based on the same fundamental building blocks, so it is also possible that any life on Mars would share some similarities with life on Earth.

5. How does the search for life on Mars impact our understanding of the universe?

The search for life on Mars is an important part of our quest to understand the origins and potential for life in the universe. If we do find evidence of life on Mars, it would greatly expand our understanding of how life can exist in different environments and increase the chances of finding life on other planets. It also raises questions about the possibility of interplanetary exchange of life and the potential for life to exist in other parts of our solar system and beyond.
