Just wondering if its possible to reconfugurate an LSAM/Altair accent module to be able to withstand re-entry to earth? What would be used for heat shield upon re-entry?
The LSAM/Alair Accent module for re-entry is a medical device used in the treatment of airway diseases such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It delivers thermal energy to the airway walls, reducing the amount of smooth muscle tissue and opening up the airways for improved breathing.
The LSAM/Alair Accent module uses a process called bronchial thermoplasty to deliver controlled thermal energy to the airway walls. This energy helps to reduce the amount of smooth muscle tissue, which can cause constriction and narrowing of the airways in patients with asthma and COPD.
The LSAM/Alair Accent module has been shown to provide long-term benefits for patients with asthma and COPD. These include improved lung function, reduced frequency and severity of asthma attacks, and a decrease in the need for medications such as inhalers and steroids.
The LSAM/Alair Accent module has been approved by the FDA and has a strong safety profile. However, as with any medical procedure, there are potential risks and side effects, such as temporary worsening of symptoms, respiratory infection, and bronchospasm. It is important to discuss these risks with your doctor before undergoing the procedure.
The LSAM/Alair Accent module is typically recommended for patients with severe asthma or COPD who have not responded well to traditional medications. Your doctor will evaluate your medical history and symptoms to determine if you are a good candidate for the procedure. It is important to note that the LSAM/Alair Accent module is not a cure for asthma or COPD, but can provide long-term benefits for managing these conditions.
